Step 1: Rip Out The Old Lawn
First, we take out the old lawn and remove the top layer of the soil. We clean the area of the project including all the corners for a nice clean canvas to work with.
Cut The Lawn
With A Sod Cutter
We use our sod cutter to remove the old sod/grass. We don't sod over the top existing grass/sod.
Bring In The Fresh Soil
We use a triple mix soil to ensure that your lawn has the best chance of developing deep roots.
For a healthy-looking grass, it needs bare dirt as its foundation so that all those new roots can get down and grow towards their full potential!
We rake it all out, remove any lumps of dirt and flatten the new dirt with rollers.
